RETURN POLICY 

Return Policy for Eleysa Design:

Thank you for shopping at Eleysa Design. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please review the following guidelines and instructions for our return process:

1. Eligibility:

   • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

   • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are outside the designated return period.

2. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 working days of receiving your order. You can reach us through email, and our team will guide you through the process.

   • Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any additional relevant details.

   • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

3. Packaging and Shipping:

   • Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

   • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories that were included with the item(s).

   • Please write the RMA number provided by our customer support team on the outside of the package.

   • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

   • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

   • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

   • If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return the original item following the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the item you desire.

   • The refund for the returned item will be issued separately once it is received and processed.

Please keep in mind that the 14 working days return period starts from the date you received your order. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
